Delete your Nuphos account
Request permanent deletion of your Nuphos account and associated personal data without installing the app.
Our team will complete deletion within 30 days of your request. This includes your account information, personal conversations, attachments and other personal data, including data held by our service providers.
Records required by law and data jointly held by your team may be retained where necessary. We will explain any justified retention when confirming completion. Backups expire under our backup retention schedule.
This submits a deletion request; your account is not erased immediately. You may continue using it while the request is processed. Signing in again does not cancel your request.
