Credits meter the work agents actively do — investigating an incident, planning a migration, or executing an approved change each consume credits based on how much the agent reads and does. Every plan has one weekly pool shared by the whole workspace: anyone can put agents to work, and the pool resets every week.
On Team and up, agents keep working — extra usage bills at $12.50 per 1,000 credits, and you can set a monthly cap. A limit will never interrupt an agent mid-task: if it’s handling an incident when the pool runs dry, it finishes the job. Dev has no overage — running out is the signal to move up to Team.
No. Credits only meter work you ask agents to do. Safety checks, monitoring, alert triage, and housekeeping never count against your pool — a workspace with heavy monitoring pays nothing extra for it.
No. Dev includes up to 3 members, and every plan above it is unlimited — one flat price for the whole workspace. Invite your whole team: everyone links their account, works with the agents in Slack or Lark, and it all draws from the same shared pool.
A cloud connector is one production surface your agents operate: an AWS account, a GCP project, a Kubernetes cluster, or a Zeabur project. Connecting the same account to multiple workspaces still counts as one cloud connector.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the new limits right away. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Every plan runs the full Nuphos workspace — IAM-scoped sessions, human approval flows, audit trails, and every connector. Plans differ only in credits, cloud connectors, retention, and support, never in safety features.
